Salmon Paella

ingredients

  • 2 dl brown rice
  • 4 dl water
  • 1 x vegetable bouillon
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 x yellow onion
  • 1 x red pepper
  • 1/3 x zucchini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp red pepper powder
  • 1 tsp barbecue seasoning
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

method

  1. To a saucepan, add rice, water, broth and turmeric and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 20-25 min until the rice is done.
  2. Cut the vegetables into small cubes and fry in a little oil and water while the rice cooks. Add spices.
  3. Add cooked rice to the vegetables, mix, and season with lemon juice.
