- 2 x carrots
- 1/2 x parsley root
- 1 x parsnips
- 1 x Jerusalem artichoke
- 1/2 x yellow onion
method
- Mince all the root vegetables and ad them to a fireproof form. Season with fresh herbs, salt and pepper.
- Bake the vegetables for 20 minutes at 200 degrees celsius.
