Roasted Christmas Nuts – Sugar-free

ingredients

  • 100 g almonds
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 100 g hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar free powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 pinch sea salt flakes

method

  1. Set the oven at 180 degrees, over-underheat. Spread the nuts on a baking tray with parchment paper and pre-fry for 6-8 minutes, until they start to turn golden. Place the nuts in a bowl.
  2. Turn in melted butter, sukrin gold, cinnamon and crushed flaxseed salt. Spread the nuts over the baking tray with baking paper again.
  3. Then put the nuts back in the oven. Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until a good tan (make sure they do not burn!). Cool the nuts on the baking tray.
  4. After the nuts have cooled, they become crunchy. Store in a glass jar in the kitchen cabinet.
