- 4 dl plain yogurt
- 400 g whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Preheat the oven at 200 degrees celsius.
- In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients until you get a firm dough.
- Cut the dough into six to eight pieces. Shape them into bagels.
- Bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes.
