Quickfix Bagels

ingredients

  • 4 dl plain yogurt
  • 400 g whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

method

  1. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees celsius.
  2. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients until you get a firm dough.
  3. Cut the dough into six to eight pieces. Shape them into bagels.
  4. Bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes.
