- 3 x potatoes
- 200 g diced bacon
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 dl crème fraîche
- 1/3 x leeks
- Boil potatoes in salted water for about 10-15 minutes. Make holes in the potatoes with a fork, then brush with oil or butter and bake in the oven at 200 degrees celsius for about 20 minutes.
- Fry diced bacon in a frying pan.
- Mince the garlic and add to a bowl with the creme fraiche. Mix and season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the leek.
- Serve baked potatoes with crispy bacon, leeks and creme fraiche.
