Quick Baked Potato

ingredients

  • 3 x potatoes
  • 200 g diced bacon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 dl crème fraîche
  • 1/3 x leeks

method

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water for about 10-15 minutes. Make holes in the potatoes with a fork, then brush with oil or butter and bake in the oven at 200 degrees celsius for about 20 minutes.
  2. Fry diced bacon in a frying pan.
  3. Mince the garlic and add to a bowl with the creme fraiche. Mix and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Slice the leek.
  5. Serve baked potatoes with crispy bacon, leeks and creme fraiche.
