Quick and Tasty Cream Cheese Pasta


  • 100 g pasta penne
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 30 g prosciutto
  • 1 dl cream
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese with herbs and spices
  • 1 handful kale


  1. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Mince the garlic and cut the prosciutto into cubes.
  3. Fry the prosciutto and the garlic in a frying pan together with some olive oil until the prosciutto turn golden.
  4. Turn down to medium heat and add the cream and the cream cheese. Mix until you have a smooth sauce.
  5. Add chopped kale and let simmer for a couple of minutes.
  6. Add the cooked pasta together with a couple tablespoons of the pasta water to the sauce.
  7. Serve with some optional (but not really) parmesan cheese!
