Protein Buns

Ingredients

  • 1 x eggs
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 200 g whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees celsius.
  2. Mix egg, cottage cheese and quark in a bowl.
  3. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. Shape the dough into buns, put them on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven for about twenty minutes.
