Ingredients
- 1 x eggs
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 150 g sour cream
- 200 g whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
Method
- Preheat the oven at 190 degrees celsius.
- Mix egg, cottage cheese and quark in a bowl.
- Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
- Shape the dough into buns, put them on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven for about twenty minutes.
