Potato Peel Chips with Aioli


  • 2 dl potato peel
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 x egg yolk
  • 1 x olive oil
  • 1/4 x lemon


  1. 101 / 5000 Translation results Fry potato peel in oil until golden brown at the edges. Cool on paper and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Make aioli by adding finely chopped garlic, egg yolk, olive oil and lemon juice in a cylinder glass where there is room for an immersion blender.
  3. Use the immersion blender to mix the aioli. Start from the bottom and work gently upwards until the aioli becomes thick and gets a light yellow color. Be careful not to mix too much or too fast, as it may become too thick or separate.
  4. Serve potato peel chips with aioli.
