Plate of Spicy Cod


  • 150 g cod fillet
  • 1/3 pack guacamole spice mix
  • 1/2 x red onion
  • 2 x polar bread
  • 1/3 pack spinach
  • 1/4 x lemon


  1. Cover the cod fillet with guacamole spice mix.
  2. Chop red onion and toast polar bread.
  3. Fry the cod fillet in a pan with butter. Let the cod cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Top the cod fillet with a little lemon juice and serve it on a plate with polar bread, spinach, red onion and tzatziki.
