Pizza with Parmesan and Homemade Meat Sauce

ingredients

  • 3 1/2 dl plain white flour
  • 1/4 pack dry yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 dl lukewarm water
  • 100 g parmesan

method

  1. Note: We are using leftover meat sauce in this recipe that were earlier this weekly menu.
  2. Make the pizza dough by mixing together flour, dry yeast, salt and lukewarm water, and knead the dough for 10 minutes. Leave the dough to rise for 45-60 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough to a circle ant transfer to a baking tray. Add the meat sauce and grated parmesan and bake in the oven at 250 degrees celcius for 10-15 minutes.
