
Pepperoni pizza is a classic we never get tired of! If you're a bit crazy - you pimp this pizza up with some vegetables if you have some in the fridge. Pineapple? Yes, please!
ingredients
- 3 1/2 dl plain white flour
- 1/4 pack dry yeast
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 dl lukewarm water
- 1 dl pizza sauce
- 100 g cheese
- 70 g pepperoni
method
- Mix together flour, dry yeast, salt and lukewarm water in a bowl and knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for about 45-60 minutes.
- Roll out the dough, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and top with pizza sauce, grated cheese and pepperoni. Bake in the middle of the oven at 250 degrees celsius for approximately 10-15 minutes.
