Pizza Margherita

ingredients

  • 3 1/2 dl plain white flour
  • 1/4 pack dry yeast
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 dl lukewarm water
  • 50 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g pizza sauce
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil

method

  1. Mix together flour, dry yeast, salt and lukewarm water in a bowl and knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
  2. Let the dough rise for about 45-60 minutes.
  3. Dice cherry tomatoes.
  4. Roll out the dough, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and top with pizza sauce, grated mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes. Bake in the middle of the oven at 250 degrees celsius for about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Top with basil and serve.
