Peanut Garlic Noodles

ingredients

  • 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tbsp sriracha
  • 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tbsp ginger
  • 60 g tofu
  • 1/4 x red pepper
  • 40 g mushroom
  • 60 g noodles

method

  1. Start by adding peanut butter, sesame oil, maple sirup, sriracha, rice vinegar, soy sauce, water, minced garlic and minced ginger to a small bowl. Mix well using a fork.
  2. Fry bell pepper, scrambled tofu and mushrooms for 5 minutes.
  3. Cook your noodles according to package instructions.
  4. Add the noodles to the pan.
  5. Pour the sauce into the pan, toss and enjoy!
