Peanut and Chocolate breakfast Smoothie

ingredients

  • 1/2 dl oats
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 x ripe banana
  • 1 tsp Dutch-process cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 dl milk

method

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and mix together. If you are really on the go, a splash of coffee in this smoothie also tastes good.
