As an alternative you can use an other favorite fruit or make this dessert with berries. Just swop the apple for for your preferred fruit.
- 2 x apple
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp vanilla kesam
- Cut the apple into small pieces and pan fry it with sugar and butter.
- After about 5 minutes the apples is baked. Add some sugar and cinnamon. Serve with vanilla kesam.
