- 2 slices bacon
- 1/2 x eggs
- 1/4 tbsp heavy cream
- Put bacon on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and bake in the oven at 220 degrees celsius for about 10-15 minutes.
- Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper to a bowl. Fry in a frying pan on medium heat with some butter until the scramble is fully cooked through.
