Oven-Baked Crispy Bacon and Scrambled Eggs

ingredients

  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1/2 x eggs
  • 1/4 tbsp heavy cream

method

  1. Put bacon on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and bake in the oven at 220 degrees celsius for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper to a bowl. Fry in a frying pan on medium heat with some butter until the scramble is fully cooked through.
