ingredients

  • 1 dl quinoa
  • 2 dl chickpeas
  • 2 dl kidney beans
  • 1 x yellow onion
  • 1 x red pepper
  • 4 tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp chili
  • 2 dl water
  • 1 handful parsley

method

  1. Rinse the quinoa and clean the chickpeas and kidney beans free of brine.
  2. Chop up the onion and paprika before adding all the ingredients to a saucepan.
  3. Stir well before letting it cook on medium heat until the quinoa is cooked. Top with parsley
