Dark Chocolate Bar with Nuts


  • 400 g dark chocolate
  • 350 g nut mix
  • 80 g coconut
  • 1 pinch sea salt


  1. Melt the chocolate. You can use any type of chocolate, but I prefer dark chocolate in this recipe.
  2. Chop the nutmix into smaller pieces. You can use nutmix from the store or mix whatever you prefer from nuts and dried fruits.
  3. Pour the nutmix into the melted chocolate and add the coconut.
  4. Pour the mixture into a form covered with parchment sheet and sprinkle with sea salt. Set aside to cool in the fridge.
  5. When the mixture has cool down, divide it to square pieces. I recommend to store them in the fridge, ready for you to indulge when needed!
