- 1 x spring onion
- 1/4 x red onion
- 4 tbsp pickled beets
- 4 x potato wrap
- 4 tsp 35% fat sour cream
- 100 g Norwegian rakfisk
method
- Cut spring onions, red onions and pickled beets into small pieces.
- Fill potato wraps with sour cream, rakfisk and the chopped vegetables. Serve immediately.
