Norwegian Rakfisk

ingredients

  • 1 x spring onion
  • 1/4 x red onion
  • 4 tbsp pickled beets
  • 4 x potato wrap
  • 4 tsp 35% fat sour cream
  • 100 g Norwegian rakfisk

method

  1. Cut spring onions, red onions and pickled beets into small pieces.
  2. Fill potato wraps with sour cream, rakfisk and the chopped vegetables. Serve immediately.
