Mozzarella Salad


  • 2 x tomato
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 2 x slice of bread
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 pinch sea salt flakes


  1. Divide tomato and mozzarella into slices and dander on a platter. Add any desired dressing if you want to add more flavor. A little pesto tastes lovely!
  2. Make toast. Add oil and butter to a frying pan. Insert the slices and let them brown on both sides. Taste with flaxseed salt and divide the slices in half.
