- 2 x tomato
- 125 g mozzarella
- 2 x slice of bread
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 pinch sea salt flakes
- Divide tomato and mozzarella into slices and dander on a platter. Add any desired dressing if you want to add more flavor. A little pesto tastes lovely!
- Make toast. Add oil and butter to a frying pan. Insert the slices and let them brown on both sides. Taste with flaxseed salt and divide the slices in half.
