ingredients

  • 1 x eggs
  • 3 dl whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 dl milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 x banana
  • 1 x apple

method

  1. In a bowl, mix together egg, flour, milk, baking powder, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.
  2. Cut the banana and apple in thin slices.
  3. Dip the slices into the batter.
  4. In a pan, fry the pieces on medium heat.
