- 1 x eggs
- 3 dl whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 dl milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 x banana
- 1 x apple
- In a bowl, mix together egg, flour, milk, baking powder, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.
- Cut the banana and apple in thin slices.
- Dip the slices into the batter.
- In a pan, fry the pieces on medium heat.
