Linda's Sugar-free portion Dessert with Tender, Caramelized Plumsby Linda Stuhaug
- 3 x plums
- 1 tbsp sugar free powdered sugar
- Divide the apples into pieces, place in a frying pan with sukrin gold. Fry the plum pieces on medium heat until tender and caramelized.
- Very good as a healthy everyday dessert with a little vanilla whipped cream and nuts, or you can use it as a topping on porridge, yogurt, waffles etc.
