Linda's Sugar-free Mini Crumb Pie with Plums

ingredients

  • 7 1/2 x plums
  • 15 g butter
  • 15 g oats
  • 15 g walnuts
  • 30 g sugar free powdered sugar

method

  1. Divide the plums into smaller pieces and remove the stone.
  2. Put in portion forms and sprinkle sukrin gold over the plums.
  3. Then knead together room temperature butter, oatmeal, walnuts and sukrin gold with your hands to a crumble, and spread over the plums.
  4. Bake at 175 degrees celsius for 30-35 minutes. Cool a little and serve, preferably with a dollop of vanilla whipped cream!
