Lemon Sour

Ingredients

• 1 dl ice cubes
• 2 cl vodka
• 2 cl lemon liquor
• 2 cl egg white
• 2 cl simple sirup
• 2 cl lemon

Method

1. Fill a martini glass with ice cubes to cool the glass.
2. Add remaining ice cubes in a shaker along with vodka, lemon liqueur, egg white, brine and lemon juice. Shake for about 1 minute.
3. Pour the ice cubes from the martini glass and pour over the drink. Serve with half a slice of lemon.
