Leftover Burgers on Toast with Homemade Beet Salad

ingredients

  • 1/2 x beetroot
  • 1/2 x pear
  • 1/2 x red onion
  • 1/4 x lemon
  • 1/4 dl crème fraîche
  • 1/2 handful rocket

method

  1. Note: We are using leftover burgers and leftover burger buns in this recipe that were made earlier this weekly menu.
  2. Start by making the beet salad. Grate the beets and the pear, and mince the red onion.
  3. Add the chopped ingredients to a bowl together with lemon juice and the creme fraiche. Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Toast the burger buns and warm up the burgers.
  5. Serve with rocket and beet salad.
