Ice Coffee

ingredients

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 dl water
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 dl oat milk
  • 1 handful ice cubes

method

  1. Add coffee in a blender. It is important that you use instant coffee, which dissolves quickly in boiling water. Boil water and pour over. Add sugar and stir with a spoon until it dissolves.
  2. Add oat milk. Preferably the whole milk variant. Throw in a couple of ice cubes and run the blender for 1 minute.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour over the iced coffee. Enjoy!
