Homemade Chia Jam

ingredients

  • 200 g frozen berries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

method

  1. Add your frozen berries of choice to a saucepan along with a small splash of water. Let the berries cook for about 5-10 minutes. Feel free to add some sweetener if you'd like.
  2. Turn off the heat and stir in the chia seeds. Allow the chia seeds to soak up the excess liquid for about 10 minutes.
  3. Transfer the jam to sterilized jars and store in the fridge. You can also freeze the jam for later.
