- 200 g frozen berries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
method
- Add your frozen berries of choice to a saucepan along with a small splash of water. Let the berries cook for about 5-10 minutes. Feel free to add some sweetener if you'd like.
- Turn off the heat and stir in the chia seeds. Allow the chia seeds to soak up the excess liquid for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the jam to sterilized jars and store in the fridge. You can also freeze the jam for later.
