Holiday Chocolate with Chopped Almonds

Ingredients

  • 100 g dark baking chocolate
  • 1 handful almond
  • 1 pinch sea salt flakes

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over hot water.
  2. Coarsely chop the almonds and ad them to the melted chocolate.
  3. Place the chocolate mixture on a baking paper. Sprinkle with flaxseed salt and place in the freezer until the chocolate has hardened.
  4. Break up the chocolate into pieces and store in a glass with a lid.
