Ingredients
- 2 x plums
- ½ x red onion
- 50 g chevre
- 2 slices bread
- ¼ dl walnuts
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
Method
- Slice plums, red onion and chevre, and layer across the two slices of bread. Bake in the centre of the oven at 200 degrees celsius for about 10 minutes.
- Toast walnuts in a frying pan with olive oil and salt until the nuts have a golden brown color. Watch them carefully as this only takes a few minutes.
- Top the grilled cheese with toasted walnuts.
