- 100 g frozen peas
- 1/2 handful fresh mint stalks
- 1/2 handful parsley
- 1/10 x lemon
- 1/2 handful toasted seeds
- Chop the herbs (minced or coarsely – it’s up to you) and combine with the peas in a bowl. Right before serving, squeeze over the lemon juice mix well. Sprinkle the seeds on top and serve.
