Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Cookies


  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 100 g sugar
  • 120 g butter
  • 1 x eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 300 g gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 150 g chocolate


  1. You must try these gluten-free chocolate chip cookies! Large, delicious biscuits that are both soft and crispy at the same time, and with a delicious taste of chocolate.
  2. To a bowl, mix together both brown sugar and sugar with melted butter. Stir well.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla sugar to the bowl and continue to stir.
  4. Add gluten-free flour, baking soda, salt. Keep stirring.
  5. Chop the chocolate and stir in. Use your hands to knead the dough.
  6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 170 ºC and cover the baking trays with baking sheets.
  8. Remove your cake batter from the refrigerator and roll out the dough into balls (50 g per ball) and place them on the baking tray. The biscuits should have a good distance as they will be quite large.
  9. Bake for about 15 minutes until the biscuits have a nice and golden color. Cool on a rack.
