- 170 g gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 240 g greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 x eggs
- Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees celcius.
- Mix together all the ingredients to a bowl (except for the egg) and knead until you are left with a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into four, and roll each piece to a sausage, and then make it into a circle.
- Brush with eggs and top with optional seeds (for example sesame seeds and poppy seeds). Bake for 15 minutes until they turn golden.
