Gluten-free 30 Minute Greek Yoghurt Bagels


  • 170 g gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 240 g greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 x eggs


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees celcius.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients to a bowl (except for the egg) and knead until you are left with a smooth dough.
  3. Divide the dough into four, and roll each piece to a sausage, and then make it into a circle.
  4. Brush with eggs and top with optional seeds (for example sesame seeds and poppy seeds). Bake for 15 minutes until they turn golden.
