Fudgy Chocolate Bliss Balls

ingredients

  • 38 g medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp Dutch-process cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Use a teaspoon to scoop out the dough and roll into balls. This recipe makes about 4-6 balls depending on the size. Next, roll the balls in some cacao powder, before storing them in an airtight container (if they last that long..).
