Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 x spring onion
- Β½ x red chili
- 1 x carrot
- ΒΌ x broccoli
- 2 x eggs
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Method
- We are using leftover cooked rice in this recipe that were made earlier this weekly menu.
- Cut garlic, red chili, spring onion, carrot and broccoli. Fry in a frying pan together with some oil for about 5 minutes.
- Add the leftover cooked rice and fry for about 5 more minutes.
- Make a hole in the middle of the pan and add the eggs. Whisk and fry the eggs continuously, add soy sauce and mix it all together.
