Fried rice with veggies and eggs

ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 x spring onion
  • 1/2 x red chili
  • 1 x carrots
  • 1/4 x broccoli
  • 2 x eggs
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

method

  1. We are using leftover cooked rice in this recipe that were made earlier this weekly menu.
  2. Cut garlic, red chili, spring onion, carrot and broccoli. Fry in a frying pan together with some oil for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the leftover cooked rice and fry for about 5 more minutes.
  4. Make a hole in the middle of the pan and add the eggs. Whisk and fry the eggs continuously, add soy sauce and mix it all together.
