
Ingredients
- 1 dl rice
- 2 x breaded fish filet
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- ΒΌ x lime
Method
- Note: We are using mango salsa that were made earlier this weekly menu.
- Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Fry the fish according to the instructions on the package.
- Serve the fish with rice, mango salsa, sour cream and lime.
