Fried Brussels Sprouts with Honey, Aioli and Pine Nuts

ingredients

  • 400 g Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 dl mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 dl 35% fat sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

method

  1. Rinse the brussels sprouts well and possibly split them in half if you want an even more crispy result. Toss in olive oil, season with salt and pepper and fry in the AirFryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Shake them a little during the cooking time.
  2. Mix together mayonnaise, pressed garlic, sour cream and lemon juice.
  3. Serve the Brussels sprouts topped with aioli, honey and pine nuts.
