Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt and cinnamon to a bowl.
Cut the bred into thick sticks and dip into the batter.
Fry the bread in a frying pan on all sides until golden brown. Use lots of butter.
Serve with blueberries, strawberries and a drizzle of powdered sugar.
