ingredients

  • 2 x eggs
  • 1/2 x lemon
  • 200 g plain white flour
  • 1 dl vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 dl water
  • 2 tbsp butter

method

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
  2. Leave to swell for ten to fifteen minutes, the batter should be quite thick.
  3. Fry on medium heat in a frying pan with oil or butter until you get a golden brown crust on both sides.
