Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa

ingredients

  • 2 x breaded fish filet
  • 1 x mango
  • 1 x red onion
  • 1 x green chili
  • 4 tbsp fresh coriander
  • 1/4 x lime
  • 4 x tortillas
  • 4 tbsp sour cream

method

  1. Fry the fish according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cut the mango, red onion and green chili into cubes and add to a bowl together with cilantro and lime juice. Mix well.
  3. Warm up the tortillas according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Serve the tortillas with fish, mango salsa and sour cream.
  5. Note: You have to set aside 2/3 of the mango salsa if you follow the weekly menu. It will be used in other recipes.
