Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ x yellow onion
- 100 g minced meat
- 1 x carrot
- 100 g kidney beans in chili sauce
- 3 dl pizza sauce
- 100 g fresh spaghetti
- 50 g cheese
Method
- Boil water to a pot, add salt and add spaghetti. You will use the pasta water in the Bolognese sauce, so do not pour it out.
- Fry chopped garlic and onion in a pan with olive oil until soft. Dice the carrot and add it to the frying pan together with the meat. Fry until tender and add pizza sauce. Add a little pasta water, 1 dl or so, and let it simmer under the lid for 2-3 minutes.
- Oh! If you have some leftover red wine longing for you in the fridge, it is incredibly good to add it to this meat sauce. About 1 dl per serving. ;)
- Add the pasta to a plate together with Bolognese sauce and topped with grated cheese!
