Fast Spaghetti Bolognese
Are you in a hurry and fancy something really good? Then this dish is for you!


  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 x yellow onion
  • 100 g minced meat
  • 1 x carrots
  • 100 g kidney beans in chili sauce
  • 3 dl pizza sauce
  • 100 g fresh spaghetti
  • 50 g cheese


  1. Boil water to a pot, add salt and add spaghetti. You will use the pasta water in the Bolognese sauce, so do not pour it out.
  2. Fry chopped garlic and onion in a pan with olive oil until soft. Dice the carrot and add it to the frying pan together with the meat. Fry until tender and add pizza sauce. Add a little pasta water, 1 dl or so, and let it simmer under the lid for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Oh! If you have some leftover red wine longing for you in the fridge, it is incredibly good to add it to this meat sauce. About 1 dl per serving. ;)
  4. Add the pasta to a plate together with Bolognese sauce and topped with grated cheese!
