Dried Mutton Ribs Pizza


  • 3 1/2 dl plain white flour
  • 1/4 pack dry yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 dl lukewarm water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 dl crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 100 g cheese
  • 100 g leftover dried mutton ribs
  • 2 tbsp pickled red cabbage


  1. Mix together flour, dry yeast, salt and lukewarm water in a bowl, and knead the dough for about 10 minutes. Let the dough rise for 45-60 minutes, or until double in size.
  2. Meanwhile, make white pizza sauce. Mince the garlic and add to a bowl of thyme and creme fraiche.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough and top with white pizza sauce, cheese, dried mutton ribs and pickled red cabbage. Bake in the middle of the oven at 250 degrees celsius for about 10-15 minutes.
