Dark Salad with Kalamata Olives, Blueberries and Black Beans

ingredients

  • 1 x romaine salad
  • 1 x avocado
  • 1 x celery sticks
  • 1/4 x red onion
  • 1/2 pack black beans
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 70 g kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic syrup
  • 1/4 x lemon

method

  1. Chop romaine lettuce, avocado, celery stick, red onion and add it to a bowl. Add in black beans, blueberries and kalamata olives.
  2. Make a dressing of olive oil, balsamic syrup, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix the dressing with the salad and serve with bread.
