Crispy Salmon with Creamy Pasta

ingredients

  • 400 g salmon fillet
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp rape seed oil
  • 400 null pasta tagliatelle
  • 1 x yellow onion
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 3 dl heavy cream
  • 75 g parmesan
  • 100 g spinach

method

  1. Boil pasta according to package. Rub the salmon fillets with the dry spices.
  2. Add oil to a frying pan on medium-high heat. Fry the salmon fillets 4 minutes on each side.
  3. Chop onion and garlic. Fry the onion in the same pan as you cooked the salmon for 4 minutes while stirring. Add the garlic and fry 2 more minutes. Pour in heavy cream and grated parmesan. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add the pasta and spinach and stir to make sure the pasta is coated in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper and top of with the salmon filets. Serve!
