Creamy Ramen

ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1/4 x red chili
  • 2 x spring onion
  • 1 x carrots
  • 1 x radishes
  • 1 x eggs
  • 1 x beef bouillon
  • 4 dl water
  • 45 g rice noodles
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 dl coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander
  • 1/4 x lime

method

  1. Thinly slice the garlic, ginger, chili, spring onion, carrot and radish.
  2. Boil water in a saucepan, and add the egg once the water has started to boil. Cook for about 8 minutes.
  3. Fry all the vegetables (except for the radish and green parts of the spring onions) in a saucepan for a few minutes.
  4. Add beef bouillon, water and rice noodles, and cook until the noodles are done.
  5. Finally, add soy sauce and coconut milk. Top the ramen with boiled eggs, fresh coriander, the green part of the spring onion (chopped) and fresh lime juice.
