- 1 dl oats
- 1/2 x lemon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 dl vanilla yoghurt
- 1 dl milk
- Grind the oats in a blender until a floury texture is reached.
- Grate lemon zest (only the yellow part), and add to an empty jam jar along with lemon juice, vanilla yogurt and maple syrup. Stir to combine.
- Stir in the oat flour and your milk of choice. Mix/shake well and put in the fridge overnight or for a couple of hours.
