Creamy Lemon Overnight Oats

ingredients

  • 1 dl oats
  • 1/2 x lemon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 dl vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 dl milk

method

  1. Grind the oats in a blender until a floury texture is reached.
  2. Grate lemon zest (only the yellow part), and add to an empty jam jar along with lemon juice, vanilla yogurt and maple syrup. Stir to combine.
  3. Stir in the oat flour and your milk of choice. Mix/shake well and put in the fridge overnight or for a couple of hours.
