Corn Salsa

ingredients

  • 1 pack corn
  • 1/2 x red onion
  • 1/2 x green chili
  • 3 tbsp fresh coriander
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 1/4 x lime

method

  1. Cook corn in a frying pan along with oil or butter.
  2. Mince the red onion, green (or red) chili and coriander and add to a bowl with corn and feta cheese. Top with lime juice.
  3. Serve the salsa with tortilla chips.
