Coconut Mango Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 dl coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp vanilla kesam
  • 2 handful mango

Method

  1. Mix together chia seeds, coconut milk, sugar, mango and quark in a bowl.
  2. Let the batter swell for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
