- 3 x orange
- 1 x lime
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 dl coconut milk
- 1 x egg white
- 1 handful shredded coconut
- This dessert you can make several days in advance. It is perfect to keep in the freezer until the day you need it.
- Squeeze the juice of oranges and lime. Add maple syrup and coconut milk and mix well. Put in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
- Take the frozen juice out of the freezer and run it in a blender or a food processor together with the egg whites. Mix the mixture until it becomes a fluffy sorbet. Place in a serving bowl with coconut mass on top and serve immediately.
