Coconut and Orange Sorbet

ingredients

  • 3 x orange
  • 1 x lime
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 dl coconut milk
  • 1 x egg white
  • 1 handful shredded coconut

method

  1. This dessert you can make several days in advance. It is perfect to keep in the freezer until the day you need it.
  2. Squeeze the juice of oranges and lime. Add maple syrup and coconut milk and mix well. Put in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
  3. Take the frozen juice out of the freezer and run it in a blender or a food processor together with the egg whites. Mix the mixture until it becomes a fluffy sorbet. Place in a serving bowl with coconut mass on top and serve immediately.
